The challenge
Launching an AI product in the e-commerce segment — a product that needs explaining, with zero existing brand awareness anywhere, starting from scratch in Germany before scaling further.
What we did
A multi-channel approach with localised Google and Meta Ads for each new market, GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking for complete data capture, and a gradual, deliberate expansion into 10 more European and international markets — each one built on the learning curve from the German launch, not copy-pasted blind.
The result
€1.7M total revenue, verified in the store's own Shopify dashboard. €1.1M of that is attributed directly to Google Ads at 511% ROAS. A real, paying presence in 11 countries within 18 months of starting from nothing.
